1. Try to work things out with your neighbor in a polite and friendly manner prior to going to the board with issues.


2. Be thoughtful of your neighbors and try to put yourself in their place. Hawes Manor is a very small community and it is possible for us all to be friends!

If you wish to plant any other type of tree it does require approval from the Design Review Committee. You may notice some palm trees around the community, these were planted prior to the HOA taking effect so they are "grandfathered-in" new palm trees are not approved. 

*A MINIMUM OF 5 PLANTS & 1 TREE MUST BE PLANTED IN YOUR FRONT YARD.
